Ocean Sands Rental Rules and Regulations

Payments Accepted: American Express - VISA - Master Card - Discover Cards, and Traveler's Checks. Sorry, no personal checks. All rates quoted are in US Dollars.

All quoted rates are plus a destination fee of $3.95 plus 12% Tax and 5% resort Fee per room per day. Prices quoted are for two people. Add $5 per day for each additional person. Children 12 and under no charge. Weekend reservations are slightly higher. Minimum age for rental is 21 years old. Roll-aways and porta-cribs available at $5 each per day.

Minimum Stays and Holiday Rates:

  • Easter Weekend and Higher rates - 3 night minimum stay
  • Memorial Day Weekend: higher rates, 3 night minimum stay
  • Independence Day(July 4): higher rates, 5 Night minimum stay
  • Memorial day weekend through Labor day: 3 night minimum stay with a Saturday
  • Labor Day Weekend: 3 night minimum higher rates

Check in time 3:00PM & Check out time 11:00AM. -- SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED. Limit 1 car parking per room.

All of our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the room balconies and in all outside common area on the hotel property.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY

A one night's deposit per room is required to secure reservations. Rooms will be available only to those requests secured by deposit. Your deposit is applicable to the fulfillment of your designated length of stay and will serve as the last night's rent. When requesting reservations please note ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE DATES carefully.

Late Arrival and Early Departure requires forfeiture of deposit unless cancellation or changes are made 7 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Payment of the balance of the room charges and any related taxes less the advance deposit are due and payable on the arrival date. No refunds on early departures.
