Loved the oceanfront balcony <\/span>The room wasn't real big, but it was roomy enough. It was fairly updated and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we had restful 2 nights of sleep. Breakfast was adequate. Could have had more choices. It was too cold for outdoor seating and there are only 5-6 tables indoors and people had to take their food to go. The breakfast area is very small and crowded. The icing on the cake was the balcony overlooking the ocean. We felt that it balanced out the negatives: Didn't know there are 2 buildings, breakfast was in the other building and it was in the low 30s. It was very cold. The \"indoor pool\" is the size of an oversized hot tub and it is in a walled off section of the tiny parking garage (5 spaces) under the 9 story building. So you have to go outside to go to and from the pool. A problem when it is in the 30s. Parking is mainly in a generic unsecured parking lot across the street. But we didn't have a problem there.  Overall, I believe the price speaks to the inconveniences. It\u2019s in a great location and it\u2019s right on the beach. They have a very wonderful staff. All my reservations went well all the way to the time I checked in to I checked out. needed changes <\/span>Hotel was clean and the front desk and housekeeping staff were great the parking left something to be desired, the room was spacious and very comfortable, although dated was taken care of and was great, The last couple nights there were roaches crawling around quite often which was unfortunate because the rest of the experience really was a good stay, I didn\u2019t use any of the amenities except WiFi and the WiFi was pretty good for hotel WiFi, if the bug problem was fixed and a bit more parking was available this would easily be a 5 star review.<\/div><div The people who work here are so friendly and helpful.  Such a lovely atmosphere.  The location works great for us and there is not outside noise to disturb us.  It is very peaceful.  Very convenient.  The rooms are nice and being ocean front gives us a fantastic view of the sunrise and beach and ocean.  They also offer a lovely complimentary hot breakfast with different selections each morning.  <br>\r\nThey are always working on keeping this place in good condition-whether it is painting, new carpeting, new drapes. The beeping the first night was irritating but by the time we left, we got used to it. The staff was extremely friendly. You can tell ot was an older facility with stains on the living room carpet but you can tell that they're trying to keep the facilities clean. My son didn't care for the breakfast so we just ate our snacks or got fast food breakfast. All in all, if you're not looking for perfection this was just fine.
